Reversing Diabetes Symptoms

Diabetes is a chronic condition: once you have it, you have it for life. isn't possible -- but you can reverse the symptoms of diabetes.

That might sound like a small difference, but it's actually an important one: diabetes, once diagnosed, will always be with you.   • Getting regular exercise: exercise lowers blood glucose while also providing additional benefits such as improved cholesterol, lowered blood pressure, better circulation, and more.

  • Losing weight: being overweight can lead to , your body's inability to use insulin properly. Even losing just 5 to 10% of your body weight can be a big boost to your health.

While curing or reversing diabetes isn't currently possible, you can significantly improve your health and lower your risk of diabetes-related complications. You can certainly reverse the symptoms of diabetes and increase your general feeling of well-being by following a healthy and sustainable plan.
